Each class will begin with a welcome activity or game to encourage social engagement with peers and both a mat and hammock warm up to prepare our bodies for movement.

Mini + Me Aerial Yoga is an engaging introduction to aerial yoga for early learners with the support and safety of their parent or caregiver. This program encourages partnering activities between adult and child with a focus on bonding through play.

The sibling shared silks workshop is a great way to encourage bonding and trust between siblings though a variety of cooperative games and partnering activities. This workshop will begin with a group icebreaker to encourage social engagement with peers and both a mat and hammock warm up to prepare our bodies for movement.

Each session is designed with a 6 week seasonal curriculum of poses that we will work on mastering to showcase for parents at the end of the series. The last 10 minutes of each kids aerial yoga class will include a hammock cocoon where kiddos will practice a mindful technique and enjoy a heated tummy pillow as they relax in the aerial hammock benefiting from the deep pressure as they listen to a meditation, audio story or mindful exercise.

Nested Prenatal (Prenatal/Postnatal)

Bumps + Babes Yoga by Fitness Fanatic Mom These classes are a one-hour class that offers a combination of Yin and vinyasa yoga suitable for Postpartum or Prenatal Mommas. Modifications & props can also be provided depending on your fitness level. The movements will be calming, slow and therapeutic in nature with focuses on different parts of the body each session. Postpartum Mommas, we prefer you to have your 6-week check done just to be sure your body has healed for movement, but each Momma is different so listen to your body and your practitioner as to when it is safe to resume movement. All classes include access to the Fitness Fanatic Mom online Facebook community, which shares nutrition advice, meal planning tips, tricks, and recipes.

Momma Movement Class by Fitness Fanatic Mom These classes are suitable for Postpartum or Prenatal Mommas. They combine low to medium cardio/movement with strength and toning exercises. We focus on slow & safe movements. Modifications are provided depending on your fitness level.This is a 1 hour class for Moms and babies/tots & bumps and will include a variety of movements that focus on strength, agility, balance, low impact movement and gentle core. The class is comprised of a warm up, movement, strength training, and stretches followed by a cool down. Postpartum Mommas we prefer you to have your 6 week check done just to be sure your body has healed for movement, but each Momma is different so listen to your body and your practitioner as to when it is safe to resume movement.
