Birthday parties, private play dates and play studio rentals require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. Once this deposit has been made my private event/booking is held and full payment of the remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to my event.  There are no refunds on birthday parties, private play dates or play studio rentals due to customer cancellation. If a private event is cancelled due to instructor illness or personal emergency the instructor will work directly with the hosting family to find a suitable solution (rescheduling of the birthday party, private play date or play studio rental or a refund at the discretion of Victoria Morris of Ivy Rose Creative). There are no refunds on missed classes, workshops or special events unless the class is cancelled by the instructor, or the participating adult or child’s doctor has deemed them medically unfit to come to any remaining classes. Class credits can be held and used at a later date if agreed with by Victoria Morris of Ivy Rose Creative.

I accept that neither the party/event facilitator nor the hosting facility, is liable for any injury, or damages to person or property resulting from the birthday party, private playdate, play studio rental or event being hosted.  Renters are responsible for any damages as a direct result of a birthday party, private playdate rental or play studio rentals. The play studio will be fully inspected prior to each private rental and any damages will be noted prior to a private rental to ensure renters are not liable.

The hosting family assumes responsibility for all children attending the birthday party, private playdate, or event being hosted and will be responsible for gathering and retaining all contact information from parents of children being dropped off into their care.

I acknowledge that Ivy Rose Creative cannot offer a nut free or allergy free environment.  Ivy Rose Creative and all guest educators, workshop facilitators and instructors strive to maintain an allergy friendly play space that asks all families to be mindful of allergens and to be mindful of any and all snacks being brought into the play space.

I agree to abide by the safety protocols put forth by Ivy Rose Creative and all guest educators, workshop facilitators and instructors.  All safety protocols have been put into place for the health and safety of all families. Instructors may gently remind children of the rules surrounding the play structure and various play materials accessible during classes and private events.

I give permission for the use of all photos and videos taken of my child(ren) indicated herein during their participation in registered programming, special events, workshops and membership play. I give permission for the use of all photos and videos taken to be used for any marketing campaigns or social media posts from Ivy Rose Creative and instructors teaching on their behalf. I acknowledge that photos and videos taken during any Ivy Rose Creative class or event are the exclusive property of Ivy Rose Creative and may not be reproduced without consent.

I hereby acknowledge that there are risks inherent in my child’s participation in all programming and play at Ivy Rose Creative and release Ivy Rose Creative and all instructors renting her space and contracted by the aforementioned of all liability. In acknowledging these inherent risks associated with programming, the play structure aerial yoga hammocks and all play equipment, I agree to hold harmless Ivy Rose Creative and all instructors teaching in the space from any and all liability of personal injury to myself or my child(ren) however caused, arising out of, or in any way related to their participation in or attendance at Ivy Rose Creative.

I hereby acknowledge that I have declared any health issues and conditions I may have before participating in the program. I acknowledge it is my responsibility as the participant to keep my health records updated and to inform instructors of any changes to my physical or mental health.

I hereby acknowledge that any advice on yoga, pregnancy, birth and child rearing (as applicable) from instructors and peers is subjective. I acknowledge that unless they are a medical professional in their respective field I will refer to my personal medical professional for any and all medical advice.

I hereby acknowledge that both myself and my child(ren) are participating in programming at Ivy Rose Creative at my/our own risk and will follow all health and safety protocols put in place by Ivy Rose Creative under the direction of Public Health officials to ensure the health and safety of all families using the play studio. By participating in programming at Ivy Rose Creative I accept responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense of any kind, that my child(ren) or myself may experience or incur in connection with any class, workshop or play time attended.

I voluntarily assume the risk that my child(ren) and I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending programming at Ivy Rose Creative and I acknowledge that refunds will not be made when a class is missed due to participant illness.

I hereby acknowledge that physical fitness, aerial yoga, pre and postnatal yoga and all forms of physical activity I engage in at Ivy Rose Creative may result in

acute muscle and/or joint pain, pulled muscles, brief changes in blood pressure, light headedness, dizziness and delayed onset muscle soreness. I am responsible for managing my own health and safety and will stop all activity of any of these symptoms arise.
